Undecided about what tablet to buy? TGC has your back, especially when it comes comparing Apple and Samsung (always a great rivalry to examine). While Apple focuses on it’s own devices, Samsung literally comes out with something identical, yet more powerful (on paper that is). It begs the question of preference, and ultimately the suject of this comparison: would you rather go with the Apple iPad Air? Or the 10.1″ Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro?
When it comes to the “build quality” of both devices, Samsung and Apple have created very professional tablets. The Air has a premium aluminum finish (it’s solid, shiny, and really aesthetically nice), but it can [...]
After many leaks, and rumors, OnePlus has decided to throw caution to the wind and announced their latest “2016 flagship killer,” the OnePlus 2. The company claims it’ll be a worthy successor to the OnePlus One, with the hope that they fixed some of problems that critics panned them for. However, based on the specs that have been provided, how well does this smartphone stack up against the competition (particularly the Samsung Galaxy S6)?
Pricing looks to be very well on the side of the OnePlus 2. For a 16 gigabyte model, expect to pay $329.00 and as for the 64 gigabyte, $389.00. The Galaxy pales in comparisons with it’s tag of some [...]

Samsung’s idea of flexibility was first demonstrated at CES 2011 and CES 2013, and since then, the idea has been put into action with Samsung’s curved edged televisions and smartphones. And they’re not alone, LG has been muscling in on the flexibility with their Flex 2. And now, Business Korea reports that a Samsung official has stated that the commercialization of foldable smartphones will be “possible” in 2016.
While 2016 may bring an abundance of foldable tech, [...]
In what can be seen as a battle of the smartphones, TGC is comparing the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge against the Apple iPhone 6. Each are packed with unique specs and features that keep them alive in their respective communities.
However, a decision will be made. Are you going to go with the powerful Galaxy S6 Edge? Or settle for the abundance of features of the iPhone 6?
Let’s head on over to screens and resolutions. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a 5.1 inch Super-AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2660 x 1440, but what’s more surprising is that it packs a dense 577 pixels per inch under the confines of it’s Gorilla Glass 4. With such a high number, this [...]
